GUJCET - 2021 Admission, Eligibility, Syllabus, Paper Pattern

 What is GUJCET?

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) will conduct GUJCET 2020 on March 31, 2020. The offline entrance examination of GUJCET 2020 provides admissions to all eligible candidates in the participating engineering institutes of Gujarat. The online application form of GUJCET 2020 will be available from January 21, 2020. Before filling the application form, the candidates will have to pay the fee at the centres and obtain the User ID and password. All candidates will have to satisfy the eligibility criteria of GUJCET 2020 to participate in the admission process. Registered candidates will be able to access their GUJCET 2020 admit card tentatively in the third week of March 2020. For admissions, the authorities will prepare a merit list based on 60% weightage on 10+2 qualifying examination marks and 40% weightage on GUJCET 2020 marks. The result will be announced tentatively in the April/May 2020. The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) will be responsible for the online GUJCET counselling and seat allotment process. How to Apply ?

 Step 1 - Obtaining User ID :

The candidates will have to obtain a DD of Rs. 300 in favour of “Secretary, Gujarat Common Entrance Test Cell, Gandhinagar”. The fees have to be deposited at any of the designated help centres after which the candidate will be given their User ID.

 Step 2 – Registration :

Using the given User ID, the candidates will have to register themselves for GUJCET 2019.

 Step 3 – Filling the Application Form :

The personal, exam, school and board of the candidates will have to be filled in. All information submitted has to be according to the documents that are owned by the candidates.

 Step 4 – Uploading of Documents :

The photograph and signature of the candidates have to be scanned and uploaded as per the specifications required.

 Step 5 – Submission of GUJCET 2018 Application Form :

After reviewing all of the information submitted, the candidates will be able to submit their application form. Following the submission, the application number will be generated and sent to the registered email address of the applicant. Final date to submit the filled application form is February 16, 2019.

  •  Negative Marking : 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer
